You work hands on in the cleanroom with living cells. You prepare media and follow each step of the production process with care and precision. Your impact: Making sure every therapy is produced with the same care and consistencty so every patient gets the treatment they need, safely and on time.

🧪 Quality Control & Assurance
You verify that everything we produce meets the highest standards. From testing raw materials and in-process samples to reviewing batch records and supporting release, your work makes sure nothing leaves our site unchecked. Your impact: Safeguarding the quality, safety and compliance of every single dose before it reaches a patient.

⚙️ Engineering & Technical Support
You keep our most critical equipment running as it should. From cleanroom systems to lab instruments, you make sure everything works, without surprises or delays. Your impact: Ensuring smooth and reliable production so no patient is left waiting.

📁 Project & Process Management
You bring people, tools and systems together across teams. By improving workflows, supporting documentation and connecting the dots, you help complex science become daily reality. Your impact: Keeping teams aligned, efficient and focused on what matters most.

To thrive here, you’ll need:

✔️ A bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, sciences, (bio)engineering, pharmacy or another technical field

✔️ A strong sense of quality and attention to detail

✔️ A hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn

✔️ The ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔️ Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus for some roles

Founded in 2014, we’ve grown into a team of more than 2,700 people across the world. Two of our advanced manufacturing sites are located in Ghent: Obelisc (Technologiepark Zwijnaarde) and Tech Lane (Eilandje Zwijnaarde) where we focus on producing CAR-T cell therapies for the treatment of multiple myeloma, in collaboration with Johnson & Johnson.
