What will you do as a Shift Engineer?

✔️ Lead the shift-based Maintenance Engineering team and ensure production line operations. 👷‍♂️

✔️ Collaborate with the Engineering Line or Site Owner and execute planned maintenance activities. 🤝

✔️ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain detailed maintenance records. 🛠️

✔️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. 📈

✔️ Swiftly resolve any technical issues that arise during the shift. ⚡

What does Suntory GB&I expect of you as a Shift Engineer?

✔️ Minimum 10 years of experience in an FMCG environment, with bottling experience being an advantage. 🏭

✔️ Indentured Apprenticeship completion and ONC/HNC in an engineering discipline. 🎓

✔️ Strong mechanical, electrical, or multiskilled background with hands-on technical expertise. ⚙️

✔️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a foundational understanding of process control systems. 💬

✔️ Basic computer skills and openness to new technology, along with good manual dexterity and ability for manual handling operations. 💻
