Coördinator Technical Support at Bleckmann

✔️ Lead the on-site technical team to ensure maximum automation uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance.

✔️ Perform minor repairs reported or identified by Automation Maintenance Technicians as first-line support.

✔️ Conduct random maintenance task inspections and provide constructive feedback to team members.

✔️ Utilize data-driven decision-making to continuously improve processes and efficiency.

✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new technologies and systems.

✔️ MBO 4 qualification, in the direction of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

✔️ 5 years of experience in technical support or maintenance roles.

✔️ Strong knowledge of automation systems and preventive maintenance.

✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

✔️ Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide a team.
